Our CEO, Ralf Friessner is a man entrepreneur who has developed in various areas of business, from a very early age, excelling launching multiple projects that were commissioned during the early stage of growth and development
as an executive.
An innovative manager and always at the forefront of technological tools that allow better performance in the management of the projects in his charge, to make a phrase that characterizes him and that many have made their own: "MAKE THINGS HAPPEN".
The results obtained by the successful performance of projects in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, as Yard Colombia, Patio, Northern Colombia, San Juan shopping Center, Downtown Punta Cana and the Downtown Mall, were the basis for deciding to form his own
company to devote himself to the conceptualization, development, marketing and administration of a complex of multiple uses.
It is as well as born Kraccio Consulting, LLC, whose business name is SMART SOLUTIONS MANAGEMENT.
With more than 20 years of experience, new projects in negotiation and/or execution, by a team of professionals, trained and experienced, SMART SOLUTIONS, MANAGEMENT continues to expand and solidify its presence in the places where you run projects, from the hand of our CEO, who leads all initiatives undertaken in each of the projects that are part of the company.
